My journey in Human Resources has taken me from the my roots North Carolina, across Vietnam, the UK, and now back to Charleston, SC. All places with very different approaches to labor laws, people management, and what “good HR” actually looks like.

When I returned to the US and stepped back into corporate life, I realized quickly that the way I approached HR was considered a bit mad.

My goal is simple: to make HR feel human again. Above all, it should be approachable, practical, and easy to use.

That’s why I built this consultancy: to help businesses create simple, people-first HR and coaching solutions that feel supportive, not stressful.

I take a holistic, personality-based approach, using tools like 360° feedback and personality insights as a starting point to tailor strategies to each individual and team.

I believe that work should be engaging, inclusive, and empowering. When people feel heard, valued, and involved, they perform better, stay longer, and care more.

My philosophy is simple: support people and build systems that are practical, human, and effective.
